What does everyone use for movies and series as a separate app dedicated to this? Cinema HD no longer works for me.

There is a similar app which has taken it's spot. Its called Cinema HQ and the downloader code for that app is: 730987

I know a lot of people say Stremio is good but I didn't think much of it with real-debrid links.

I highly suggest if you decide to use Cinema HQ which is great, it's better with Real-Debrid links and without you'll still get links for what you're looking for, but the quality won't be good compared to real-debrid ones.
