I have been looking at alternatives for those who like their firesticks. I have come across a few personally myself that I have tried out. I would say the best that I have tried is still the iM stick. I have purchased a Google 4K Tv Stick and I think that it is ok, runs on 2gb ram with 8gb storage, this is similar to what the iM stick has, however the remote is no where near as nice as the iM Sticks which is what has let it down.

Yeah there are some good alternatives that I have sorted out for customers. iM sticks are good and fairly priced also. Android OS is the way forward, quite tempted to try an Android phone again as it's been years I have been with Apple. Most applications are friendly with apple these days, but for years a lot didn't run on iOS.

Personally myself guys I am a big fan of the Formuler boxes. The ZGemma's are cool, but I feel that sat boxes are a thing of the past, but good tec.

Yeah think the sat boxes are going back in time have to agree with you superman. I just don't want to fall into the trap of buying a firestick and it being on the wrong OS. Seems to be happening to a lot of people, seems best to stick with android device.

I use the Tivo Stream 4K. It is Android based and a very nice layout and can be accessed via ADB for hacking your own settings.
