Nah you definitely don't want to get rid of those firesticks as they are really hard to come by now. The ones that are being sold on amazon are a risk you don't know whether they are capable of being jailbroken or not.

I still use my gen 2 stick its a 4k one. I personally wouldn't get rid of it either unless some form of update comes in and stops us using our apks. There are people selling their sticks at 35 quid which would have been the price for a gen 2 years ago lol but just goes to show you how much they are still valued at.
